The memorandum of understanding (MOU) between SEAFCO Public Company Limited, represented by Dr. Narong Thassananipan, Chief Executive Officer, and Dr. Natthaphan Thassananipan, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and the administrators ofMahasarakham Technical College was signed at SEAFCO Public Company Limited on July 23, 2025, for the purpose of cooperation in promoting and supporting vocational education and instruction.
